Custom Display Platform Projects
The process begins with an exchange of emails so we can get an idea of what you are looking for. Once we have a good understanding, we will start to attach drawings with our emails, which will help to fine-tuning the project. When you are satisfied with the drawings, we will create a work order which will detail the cost of the job, the estimate time to completion, and an estimated shipping cost. With your approval of the work order, we require a 1/3 down payment as a security deposit. When it is completed, we will send you out photos of the finished project. The project will packaged it up, weigh it so we know the cost of shipping, and send you an email letting you know the balance. Once the order has been paid in full, we will ship it out to you.
If the project is based on our original concept, we reserve the right to make duplicates of the project and sell them to others.
If the project is based on a completely new idea, we will provide you with two estimates for you to choose from. The first estimate will be lower in price, but will come with the stipulation that we can make duplicated of the display and sell them. The second estimate will be higher in price and will come with the stipulation that we will not replicate the display.
